Venison is a dark, close textured meat, very lean and with a much lower fat content than your favourite beef or lamb. Whether it’s roasted, braised, stewed, fried or grilled, the glorious, full rich taste of this meat is enhanced by the unique maturing process.

The venison is cut by our master butchers to give the most excellent results.  From the haunch or saddle (boned or bone-in) to the loin, from venison fillets and medallions to cutlets and steaks, every single cut is expertly prepared to the highest quality.
